How do we ship?
We ship with LaPoste, Chronopost, DPD, DHL, GLS or UPS. It is not possible to ship every item with all shipping companies, so we choose what we consider to be the best option and the best shipping partner for each order. For larger amounts and volumes we can arrange a freight forwarder.

How long does it take?
Once an order is received it is processed immediately. The goods will be delivered (when the item is in stock) within 1-10 working days, depending on the country of the destination. On average the delivery takes place within 1-4 working days on reception of the order. Goods which need to be produced will take an additional 2-15 working days.

Shipping costs?
You pay the costs that the shipping companies charge us for the delivery. We choose the fastest and most reliable shipping partner depending on your order and the destination.

Customs
For deliveries outside the EU, in addition to the customs fees, there are additional customs handling fees charged by the shipping companies for the necessary paperwork. These are usually between 20 and 35 € (depending on the value of the goods).

Please note:
in spite of all precautions, it can happen that goods are damaged in transit. If this happens we will of course replace the damaged item.

Please follow these steps:
Damage incurred during shipping should  be claimed immediately upon reception of goods. Please have this confirmed and signed by the shipper when you receive the goods. Le BAP - Bain Aux Plantes should be informed immediately about any damages or problems with the delivery.
